mfs. def. = Meltdown-Foreshadow_Spectre defence

Takes Thorium, Phase Fabric, Surge Alloy and Cyrofluid as Input from bottom.

Features(structure)

-> All turrets(except swarmers) get cyrofluid.

-> All turrests are boosted by overdrive projector.

-> All 3 shields get Cyrofluid, 2 of
them get Phase fabric as well.

-> All 4 Mend Projectors and Ovedrove Projector get Phase Fabric.
Features(Logic)

-> Mend Projectors are enabled only if there is damage in structure (To save Power and Phase Fabric).

-> Overdrive Projector is enabled only if turrets are shooting or Mend Projectors are healing (To save Power and Phase Fabric).

-> Shield Projectors get Phase Fabric only if turrets are shooting.

-> Foreshadows and Meltdowns attack T4/T5 only, as T1/T2/t3 can be destroyed by Spectres easily (also this saves Power, Surge Alloy and Cyrofluid), BUt, if the Shield Projectors heat up pretty high, then the turrets attack too.

->Leak Proofing done in Pulse Conduits.

->Two switches at bottom to command Zeniths to diliver resources
(each switch commands 2 zeniths).
